They weren't kidding when they said it was summer's last blast. It was so stinking HUMID!! Our ward had a picnic to celebrate the end of summer. I'm not usually one to advocate more church activities, but this one rocked. It was a super simple menu: hot dogs, chips, lemonade and popsicles. And everyone brought their own outdoor activities to share. Loved it! I just wished it were a little cooler.
You know...no matter how many kids are around, Clark and Kent always end up playing with Maddie and Catie the most. Here Maddie explains to Kent that it is her turn to throw the ball, haha! :)
Clark was all over the place. Like down by the street...where were his parents. He always loves hanging out with his friends from church.
Goodbye summer. I'm so ready for fall!
