When I was younger...I could only pick out a bike that was made in the U.S.A. I had to make sure that on the front of the bike there was a little sticker with an American flag on it. I didn't mind it. I could always find a cool bike.
Well...no more. We searched store after store and nary a "made in the usa" bike was to be seen. So we settled for an "assembled in usa" bike. A sad day for us, but a very happy day for Clark. He was ecstatic to get a new bike. It was so hard to wait for the bike to be assembled.
So we took some pictures of the awesome new helmet that he got. He sometimes wears it and sometimes not. He loves the middle picture where you can't see his face. What a funny kid.
Kent just whisked the time away.
Finally we were on the road. Or at least the sidewalk. He gets to keep training wheels on until after vacation. Then they are coming off. We'll see how that goes. He loves to ride though. He's even had a few wipe outs and still gets right back on.
And we can't leave Kent out! He tooled around on his big wheel for a bike and then we showed him that he could ride on the old Shark bike! I think he's happy about it...what do you think?
