Oooh! I loved the Hunger Games {although I felt the ending was pretty lacking}. I need to reread the first one before I go see the movie.
Another good series is the Uglies series by Scott Westerfeld {uglies, pretties, specials. and then there's extras but that one is like a random "let's add another book"}. They're about this futuristic society that places emphasis on beauty. You're considered "ugly" until you get this operation at 16 where you become "pretty". Pretty interesting!
I'm rereading The Hunger Games as we speak. I am SO EXCITED about the movie.
Literally.....ecstatic. I'm not much of a Taylor Swift fan, but I think the song she does for the movie is spot on. I hope it's for what I think it's for.
