If You Give a Boy a Boat...

If you give a boy a boat, he's probably going to want to park it in the driveway so he can see it everyday when he pulls up.
And if he parks it in the driveway, his angry neighbors are going to call the village on him.

And if his neighbors call the village, the village is only going to give him one week to get it properly stored.
And if the village is only going to give him one week, he should probably clean the garage.
And if he needs to clean the garage, he should probably build a shed to put all of his stuff in.
And if he builds a shed, then chances are that he is going to need to buy some shelves for all of his stuff.
And if he puts in those shelves, he will fill his shelves with stuff from the garage.
And if he has cleaned out his garage, he is probably going to want to put his boat in it.
The End.

Lol, my husband is the same way, except he collect cars. Its infuriating. In our 2 person houshold we have SIX vehicles AND a chopper that lives in the dining room. Lord help me.
He buys and fixes cars, then sells them but they still take up tons of room in the mean time.

Oh my goodness Liz! I totally feel for you! But let's not talk about all the extra fabric I have...

I really enjoy your blog! Your post...I can so relate, luckily we don't have a garage and enough funds to place a nice sailboat in a slip! Love your stuff you have created. I am your newest follower from New Friend Fridays.

What a great spoof on the Laura Numeroff books. At least your story didn't start all over again with another boat!!!
