Backyard Friends

Maybe it's more like backyard foes. One afternoon we went out to the backyard and found six of these little guys dead on the lawn. This was the only survivor. I'm hoping this little opposum is still out there somewhere...just not in our backyard. Cutlass probably won't let him live long if he is.
