Last night we went to CoCo Key Water Park for a little winter escape. Clark started out completely afraid of the water, but by the end he was a little fish.

I am in LOVE
...with Google Reader, that is! I have known about it for a while, but I finally started adding subscriptions last week. It's fantastic. I only have to stop at one place to find out if any of you have updated your blogs. Sure beats clicking on each link. Just thought I would share because I love it so much! Check it out at http://www.google.com/reader
P365 Week 3
Another week gone by already! Can you believe it? I love Project 365...I have become so much better at blogging because of it - don't you think so? This week was filled with a few more at home days because of the cold and then a few fun outings. One of our staple restaurants opened up again (Kris - the triple treat sampler is back!), and I hit some huge clearance sales. Not to mention Inauguration Day 2009 - gotta love that!

P365 Redo
I am changing the way I am going to do P365. Not that you care or anything, but I thought I would post my new version of the first week.

P365
I've jumped on the bandwagon and joined Project 365. Plain and simple - you take a photo everyday for a year. I'll scrap them too, but that's not necessary. Here is week 1. I took a picture of lunch everyday for a week. Holy cow - what a rude awakening! Talk about time for a lifestyle change.

Stay tuned for more P365...
Jason's Luck
We usually talk about how my dad seems to be the luckiest person EVER! He enters a raffle and sure enough he wins.
Well, Jason had a bit of that luck rub off on him, I guess. Friday night he attended the Bulls game with his dad and 2 friends. They went early to see if they could sign up for a time out/half time game. They asked Jason if he would like to play Basketbowl with John. He kicked and screamed, but eventually he gave in and agreed to play. Their task was to knock over the bowling pins with a basketball. John went first, and Jason picked up his spare. They won a pair of round trip tickets from United to anywhere in the lower 48! How cool is that?!!

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
I get a kick out of this picture every time I see it. I'm still surprised he did it!

Another cold week. I feel like I have been cooped up in the house for far too long. But then again, I am so glad that I don't HAVE to go out in this weather.
