A New Job!

This time it's me! I keep calling it my new job, but really it's not work. I am now a proud member of the ScrapMatters Gang where I get paid in digi-scrapping products! Cool, huh? I'll be posting more layouts (LOs) and things here so you can see the cool stuff I get to do.

Swing, Swing, Swing: A Day at the Park

I think you can tell how much Clark liked the swings. He is so happy!

All I Ever Do is Go to the Zoo...

Another great day at the zoo! Clark and I met up with Kelly and Josh and Rhonda and little Teddy. Clark and I love visiting the geese while we are at the zoo. I just love this little guy.

We were lucky enough to get to have a Chick Chat about the baby chicks in the zoo. Clark was able to pet this rooster, Fruitcake, and a baby chick.

A Quick Update

Clark wanted to go back to the hippos. This time he even braved the water spouts. Way to go!

Mechanical Inc.

Jason just got a new job with Mechanical Inc. He is very excited about this company. His truck is bright red and he loves it. It looks so weird in our driveway. Clark loved playing in the empty truck. Give this truck a week and it will be a total mess. This is the one and only day Clark will be able to play in there!

I just can't get enough of Clark's smile!

Clark Tastes Chicago

Goodness it was hard choosing photos for this post. I took 325 during our day downtown, but you only get to see 12. There just isn't enough time to upload them all. Clark loves sporting dad's glasses.

The Taste of Chicago...yum! Clark was in heaven! He tried orange chicken, pierogi, corn on the cob, Chinese dumplings, sweet potato hash browns, fried rice, gyro, and ice cream. I think that was it. He LOVED everything.

Boompa finds a use for his hat. We had to save our forks because the booths usually only gave out one fork.

Happy 4th of July!

Clark had a blast for the 4th. During the day he went swimming and ate LOTS of watermelon. Then he rode a bus for the first time and had Sour Patch Kids. We went to see the hometown fireworks which were really good. At the beginning they had a plane shooting off the fireworks, and the finale was incredible! He didn't seem to mind the fireworks at all. He stared at them for a while...almost fell asleep...and then kept on playing. He is pointing at everything these days, so he kept pointing at the fireworks. He's so cute. It sure is fun experiencing things with Clark for the first time. It really brings back the excitement.
