I have finally finished my student teaching experience and am now a lady of leisure. The picture of me and my cooperating teacher was after our field trip to Naper Settlement. We dressed up and were 19th century schoolmarms for the day. We even punished the students by drawing a circle in an inconvenient spot on the blackboard and had them put their nose in it. Ah, the good ole days. Now begins the search for a real job...
