Today, Centsational Girl is having a Where Do You Blog party. I've seen so many pretty blogging/office spaces that I decided that I wanted to join in on the fun. The problem is that I don't have a nice pretty blogging space. It's ugly. awful. hideous. So...here it is. Consider it a before picture. It will be redone and I will have a lovely space one day. Probably after we get the boat. Boo.
Should I even explain? Should I apologize? It's really bad. The desk did work for me once upon a time in my old house, but now...nada.
It's really amazing that anything creative happens here. Maybe that is yet to be determined, lol!
These two pictures are actually the same room. We (and really I mean Jason) have been focusing on the family room because we are waiting on the beam and such. He has taken down all of the drywall, ripped out the carpet, rewired all the electric, installed can lights and is now in the process of putting up new drywall. All because I want smooth ceilings. Isn't that nice of him? We are still going to take down the brick fireplace and of course drywall the walls and install flooring to name a few...
